Our goal here at JS Permitting LLC is to get your permit approved and into your hands as quickly as possible. By reviewing your project before submitting it for a permit, we streamline the process, which makes it easier and faster to get your permit approved.

Here is a basic list of our services and pricing information.

Service:

JS Permitting will be the liaison between the County agencies regarding your permit.
JS Permitting will review your project for building and septic permitting approval and follow up until your permit is approved or denied.
Upon approval, JS Permitting will send your approved permit to you by US Postal mail, E-mail or drop it off with any other necessary documents.
If the permit is denied, JS Permitting will contact the county on your behalf to find out why it was denied and work with you and the county to get your permit approved.

Pricing:

A.) Residential – Septic repair, fee $500.00 along with County filing fees, to review documents and file for a repair permit.

B.) Residential – Conventional New Septic, fee $1,000.00 along with County filing fees, to review documents and file for the permit.

C.) Residential – ATS New Septic, fee $1,500.00 along with County filing fees, to review documents and file for the permit.

D.) Residential – ATS repair, fee $ 750.00 along with County filing fees, to review documents and file for the permit.

E.) Commercial – New Septic, fee $2,000.00 along with County filing fees, to review documents and file for the permit.

F.) B & S Mobile Home – fee $500.00 along with County filing fees, to review documents and file for the permit.

G.) B & S Residential – fee $3,000.00 along with County filing fees, to review documents and file for the permit.

H.) B & S Commercial – fee $5,000.00 along with County filing fees, to review documents and file for the permit.

Commercial Projects – Service is offered at $1,500.00, plus county permit fees.
Residential Projects – service is offered at $1,000.00, plus county permit fees and water source fees. (If water well and or well evaluation is needed, additional county fees are required.)
Repair of septic – tank or leach lines $500

If JS Permitting LLC is needed to only verify field accuracy, system placement, and other site observations, the fee is $100.00 per hour. Since each project is different, if you need clarification, just give us a call so we can talk about your specific project and see if we can work together to get what you need.

With consideration of the services to be performed by the Permittee, the Client agrees to pay the Permittee as follows:
